The Role 🔧
We need a Senior Rust Engineer to help us build high-performance systems that chew through millions of Solana transactions in real-time.

What You Bring 📋
The Non-Negotiables
- 4+ years writing production Rust
- Expert-level Solana knowledge (you understand transactions, programs, RPC, Geyser—all of it)
- Deep expertise in parallelism & concurrency (tokio, rayon, async patterns, lock-free structures)
- Microservice architecture experience
- Solid with PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, and ClickHouse
- Worked with RabbitMQ or similar message queues
- Comfortable with gRPC and WebSockets
Bonus Points ⭐
- EVM/Ethereum experience
- Familiarity with Carbon or other Solana decoders
- Kubernetes knowledge
- Background in trading systems or financial data
- You've built real-time streaming pipelines before
