CEO– Major Layer 1 Crypto firm – 100% Remote
Our client is a layer 1 international crypto exchange that operations across multiple sectors, including enterprise and public blockchains, digital assets trading, cryptocurrency wallets, and industry research, reaching tens of millions of users in over 170+ countries and regions.
Responsibilities
- Build a North American operation to a brand that has a presence overseas.
- Bring unique insight around ways to target integration, priorities around development, etc.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- This includes high level strategies around market maker development
- Help build and manage task pipelines
- Interface with potential clients and business partners
- Working alongside the C-Suite to build the business and the brand.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of Financial services experience
- Layer 1 crypto token experience required
- Past experience at a crypto market maker or exchange (trading firm also works)
- Fully "Crypto-fluent”
- Self-Starter
- Proven track record of building teams, business lines and business'
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and being external facing, taking calls with contractors, clients, funds, etc.
