Jito Labs is seeking a marketing wizard to help supercharge our growth. You’ll lead all marketing and communications initiatives for Jito Labs. This is an incredible opportunity to lead growth for a multi-million (soon billion) dollar protocol.

Jito Labs has a team of nine exceptional individuals including seven engineers. This role is a blank slate with the chance to craft multiple marketing campaigns from scratch. The team practices extreme ownership - you should be prepared to lead initiatives from start to finish.

Role Responsibilities

    • Manage all consumer-facing marketing
    • Define KPIs and develop quantitative measures of campaign performance
    • Social Media Management: Twitter marketing (plus Discord)
    • Original Content: Produce media including blog articles, YouTube videos and third-party hosted content
    • Implement SEO and paid search strategies
    • Develop partnerships with other projects to educate retail audiences around staking and MEV

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in consumer tech marketing
    • Prior experience in a startup environment
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills include crypto-fluency (MEV knowledge a bonus)
    • Ability to prioritize despite competing demands
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with uncertainty
    • Excellent organizational, project management and people skills

Location Requirements

    • Must have U.S. work authorization
    • Operate in U.S. time zone

We’re a fast moving and ambitious team building infrastructure to increase the performance of Solana, minimize the negative effects of MEV to users and maximize MEV distribution to Solana stakers. We recently closed a $10M Series A led by top investors in the space and are looking for several people to join our team of seven as we prepare to scale our product on mainnet.
