We’re an early-stage web3/NFT startup, est in San Francisco, post-raise, looking for founding engineers who like creative challenges, big ownership, and a mission-driven company.

About us

• Kairos empowers both everyday artists and big-name brands to succeed in the NFT space. Any creator to go from idea to web3 sale in 10 minutes with Kairos—generate artwork, create a branded minting page, and deploy a smart contract, entirely no-code with amazing UX.
• Mission: Our job isn’t just to make technology. We're using our talents to make radical and diverse participation in web3.
• Ways of working: The founders have lead/founded teams in some of the biggest tech companies—Airbnb, Brex, and Slack—and run multiple startups. Making complex technology consumer-friendly is at our core; and running healthy, empowered teams comes naturally to us.
• Team diversity: Diversity isn’t a buzzword to us, it must be proven with action. Our founding team is diverse in background, gender, and perspective. We’ve chosen diverse advisors and investors. Responsibilities

• Lead build post-MVP. Own the Node JS frontend/backend experience of creating generative NFTs and publishing minting websites. Big scope! Think Shopify for NFTs.
• Be a strategic partner to the founders in planning roadmaps and long-term visions.
• Meet users and iterate based on feedback. Understanding users is a big part of our process. Creators are interesting folks—from everyday artists to celebrities looking to move volume.
• Help grow the company. Partner with the CTO to contribute to team culture, interviewing, and organisation (if you want.)
• Bonus points for experience/interest in Rust/Solana.
