About Mainbot

Mainbot’s Sales Team
 Acting as  true Mainbot’s ambassadors in a rapidly growing market; the sales team is agile, flexible, creative and proactive in its commercial approach in order to transform prospects into active customers.

This job opportunity is located in South Korea. The Business Developer will be attached and managed by our headquarter in Paris. 

 As Mainbot is expanding internationally (dreaming big at Mainbot), we are looking for Senior Business Developers to enter the Web3 industry in South Korea. In direct collaboration with the head of category, you will be responsible for the development of Metaverse's BtoB, NFTs, and cryptocurrency customer portfolio in South Korea. You will have a strategic role and be the ultimate game-changer in the acquisition of new markets. 

Your missions will be the following:

1. Market Acquisition
Identify new markets and anticipate opportunities 
Define a concrete prospecting strategy
Participate in the entire sales cycle 
Participate in external events  

2. Key Account Management
Build and maintain long term relationships with customer portfolio 
Analyze results, create reports and action plans
Ensure customer satisfaction (in collaboration with the Customer Support team)
Develop upselling and cross-selling 

Our future Business Developer 
 You have a minimum of 8 years experience as a Business Developer, including  5 years in BtoB. You have significant experience in one of the following booming areas: retail, entertainment, gaming, cryptocurrency. You have a strong appetite for Web3 and are not afraid of challenges. You think outside of the box and take initiatives. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a good team spirit. You have developed authentic and customer-friendly sales techniques that allow you to build real, long lasting, and trustworthy relationships. In fact, you already have developed a loyal customer portfolio. You are a speaker at heart and captivate your future clients. You are a true chameleon who adapts to all situations because of your active listening, your empathy, and your relational ease. You’re known for your natural approach, your contagious energy, your honesty and integrity, as well as your passion. You have a strong and resilient mindset and live by Nelson’s Mandela motto: you never lose, you either win or learn.
