Mind Network is a decentralized full encryption network built by a team of data experts from Google, TikTok, Alibaba, etc. It offers encrypted computation on encrypted data across decentralized storages, L1/L2 chains and public clouds. Mind Network is incubated by Binance Incubation Camp S5 and Chainlink BUILD program. We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time business development lead. 

The ideal candidate is a competent, hard-working team player who will play a critical role in partnership building, user acquisition, event planning and sales network expansion. We're looking for someone to not just join our team but become a part of our brand.

Responsibilities:

● Explore, research and identify new business and partnership opportunities, develop plans to engage with relevant parties and drive business growth.

● Develop relationships with stakeholders and projects globally, source leads and close deals for current and future growth programs.

● Develop contents and plans to promote Mind Network product and expand Mind Network presence to the global market. 

● Identify and work with influencers and communities, doing AMAs, co-promotions, publications, etc.

● Develop and implement an attribution strategy to appropriately measure success across multiple channels.

● Assist product and tech team on product development with feedback from the market. 

Qualifications

● At least 2 year experience in web3 growth, sales or business development roles.

● Experience developing and executing a growth-focused strategy in a fast-paced start-up environment.

● A working knowledge of web3 and blockchain and a demonstrated interest in cryptocurrencies. Knowledge on privacy computing and encryption techniques is a plus.

● Strong communication and presentation skills. To be capable to lobby executive stakeholders and present Mind Network in public events.

● Strong English language abilities, both speaking and writing.
