Artist Success at Mint The Artist Success Manager at Mint Songs is a hustler that will be dedicated to building not only our brand but the brands of the talented music artists we work with. Your north star is to make sure artists have a great experience with our brand. Additionally, you will help to identify the best artists and partners to bring onto the platform by cultivating long-lasting relationships between them and Mint Songs. Across the entire team, we are scrappy, diligent, and hard working with a passion to build technology that pushes the music industry forward. 

At Mint we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, start-to-finish ownership, grit and curiosity. 

How you’d be redefining the music industry with us - Maintain relationships with priority/assigned artists, managers, and labels to ensure we deliver their projects to their satisfaction - Oversee and resolve all queries and issues as they come in - Help maintain FAQs for artists, managers, and labels - Liaise with product development team on feedback, needs, and suggestions coming from priority/assigned artist contacts - Researching shows, festivals, music artists, managers, and labels whose >

Qualifications - 1-3+ years professional experience in a business development, customer success or account management related role - Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in an organized manner - Strong communication, writing and collaboration skills - Ability to build long-term relationships - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while tracking and delivering on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs - Passion for music, culture, and technology - Naturally creative, innovative, and detail-oriented

Nice to haves - Knowledge of Ethereum, NFTs and NFT marketplaces  - Experience working with music artists and music industry - Experience working at an early stage startup - CRM (Hubspot) experience
