Operations Jobs at OKEx

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop an operational strategy for Korea and be responsible for the effectiveness of user growth and operations in Korea. Responsible for expanding cooperation in the Korean region, including single not limited to Korean projects, Korean influencers, Korean media.

2. Operate and expand projects in Korea and achieve operational goals. Plan marketing campaign and responsible for executing it. Also responsible for channel development, market research and project management.

3. Responsible for the planning of operation activities and follow up the execution of the activities, and responsible for the effect of the activities. Review and summarize the activities after they are completed.

4. Regularly track, analyze and summarize daily data, continuously optimize operation methods and strategies, and execute them.

5. Comprehensively analyze OKEx's competitors and summarize their strengths and weaknesses for OKEx to use as a reference base.

Job Requirements:

1. Non-Chinese nationality. Korean nationality is best. If you are not a Korean national but have sufficient knowledge and experience in the Korean blockchain and cryptocurrency market, it is also possible.

2. Two or more years of experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, familiarity with cryptocurrency project operations is required, experience in user growth and overseas channel development is preferred.

3. Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience in running successful blockchain projects and user growth cases is preferred.

4. Preference will be given to those who have dreams and passion to make their dreams come true in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

5. Native Korean speaker with a good command of English is required. Fluent in Korean and English for daily work.
