About the Opportunity
OKX is looking for a Marketing Manager in Taiwan with a creator mindset and proven ability to craft compelling brand stories and skilled in creating engaging content that reflects our brand values. This candidate will have high standards for quality, whether it comes to design aesthetics, messaging, or user experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and execute social media (Instagram and Line) marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
Craft compelling content that resonate with our target audience and fosters a sense of belonging and increases engagement on both platforms (Instagram and Line)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall brand strategy
Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and performance
Identify and negotiate potential brand partnerships with internationally recognized companies to develop joint marketing initiatives for OKX.
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and media outlets to amplify OKX's online presence and drive product adoption
Plan and execute marketing events and activities that provide value to our community and deepen their connection to OKX brand
Analyze data and insights to inform marketing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly
What We Look For In You:
5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media marketing
Proficient in Instagram and Line marketing tactics with a basic understanding of Web3
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
