What are the role responsibilities?
- Take ownership of the developer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving execution to achieve desired outcomes
- Work closely across marketing and developer relations, and build robust reporting mechanisms to track and measure the effectiveness of developer marketing initiatives, driving accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all developer marketing efforts, maintaining alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy
- Coordinate support for developer initiatives: work closely with developer relations, and the marketing team to support regional developer events, hackathons, and community engagement to align marketing strategies and campaigns, providing the necessary support and resources
- Support community driven activations to inspire, motivate, and connect developers to RetroPGF initiatives, and Mission Request opportunities within the Collective
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results
What skills do you bring?
- Seasoned marketer with a proven track record of creating and executing global and extremely localized marketing strategies
- Up to speed on all trendy developer narratives, and social channels (Farcaster) and memes across the L2 ecosystem
- Strong communication skills across various mediums, capable of conveying technical information in a clear and engaging manner
- Focused on delivering results and taking ownership of projects from inception to completion
- A fan of public goods funding, and understand how to incentivize developers through grants programs, and retroactive public goods funding
