The role
We are looking for a Liquidity Management Associate who will support the day-to-day interactions with our clients on the trading desk. You will be the direct point of contact for clients during coverage hours. You will be responsible for providing them with real-time support across various channels (chat, calls, emails, etc.) to ensure a smooth trading experience. You will also communicate feedback to and collaborate with the rest of the Institutional Sales team. This role will have the potential to grow into an Institutional Sales role (VP/Ex.).
You should have a solid background of trading knowledge, with an eagerness to learn more about the workflows we are building. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you could be the Liquidity Management Associate we are looking for!
Responsibilities
- Management of trade life cycles for our clients within our platform
- Provide real-time support to Paradigm clients across various channels of direct communication (chat, video calls, email, etc.) during coverage hours
- Educate clients on product features/workflows and answer any technical-related questions
- Monitor platform activity to proactively reach out to clients to provide any necessary assistance, ensuring they have a smooth trade process
- Identify and best remediate any issues affecting clients
- Show the highest level of professionalism both internally and externally
- Provide exceptional white-glove service to our highest priority clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience on an institutional sales or trading desk with derivatives experience (FX, Fixed Income, Equities, etc)
- Exceptional communication skills to provide coverage and service a wide range of clients via multiple channels of communication (direct chats, video calls, email)
- Eagerness to help clients and assist in their trading workflows on Paradigm
- Ability to multitask and independently assess issues to provide client resolutions
- Ability to work with a globally distributed team
- Passionate about cryptofinance
