Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Management: Draft, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging, and original content across various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • SEO Optimization: Develop content optimized for SEO to increase web traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create a content strategy that aligns with company objectives and audience demands.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies and ensure all published content meets the company's editorial guidelines.
  • Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct thorough research to create content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior content writers, helping them develop their skills and ensuring content quality.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve content quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the content aligns with broader campaign strategies, brand guidelines, and company values using data-driven insights.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to the wider Marketing team and leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record with 3 years of experience in content writing or related roles.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong research skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in mentoring or managing a team is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web3, blockchain or cryptocurrency industry or domain would be an advantage.
