Layer 2 Jobs at QuickNode

We're searching for a passionate, curious and seasoned engineer to join our newly formed R&D Build team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in blockchain engineering, cryptocurrency, L1 and L2 protocols and DeFi apps, as well as experience building full stack web applications and robust systems in JavaScript or similar frameworks. It’s important that this candidate can self-teach new web3 concepts without standard documentation due to the speed of the web3 development market and ambiguity. As a Senior Blockchain Engineer at QuickNode, you will be responsible for identifying and developing bleeding-edge cross-chain projects based on customer feedback across all major protocols and work directly with each partner protocol to better understand the complexities and challenges that currently exist. You will have significant autonomy in researching opportunities, mapping out solutions, getting customer feedback and developing the project from ideation to MVP.

You’ll work closely with other functions within QuickNode such as product, engineering, marketing, enterprise sales and design teams to build new, innovative services and R&D projects to better support our top tier customers. This position will report to our VP of Build, a new role and function within QuickNode to enable innovative research engineering at the bleeding edge of web3.
