Layer 2 Jobs at Radley James

We are looking for a talented quant researcher to join our DeFi trading team.

In this role, you can expect to work on the bleeding edge of blockchain technology and build trading strategies for the most exciting asset class - cryptocurrencies.

On a given day, you may find yourself

- Studying the nuances of various L1 & L2 blockchains and their consensus mechanisms

- Researching projects across the full DeFi landscape using whitepapers and documentation

- Building research data pipelines across centralized and decentralized exchanges

- Designing delta-neutral and directional trading algorithms utilizing on-chain AMMs, perpetual futures, options, and lending protocols

- Monitoring trading strategy performance and risk parameters

- Adjusting strategy parameters to market conditions in real-time

- Consulting, advising and evaluating the latest projects in the space

You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to explore all things DeFi while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the trading world

Compensation is unprecedented and dependent on experience
