We are seeking a motivated and skilled community manager to join our team. As a community manager, you will be responsible for engaging with our community on Discord and Twitter. You will manage and moderate conversations, create and publish content, and help foster a positive and inclusive community.

Responsibilities:

Engage with our community on Discord and Twitter to build and maintain relationships
Create and curate content for our social media platforms
Develop strategies to grow our community and increase engagement
Moderate conversations and enforce community guidelines
Monitor and report on community feedback and engagement
Collaborate with other team members to create campaigns and events
Provide excellent customer service to community members
Requirements:

Experience managing social media platforms, specifically Discord and Twitter
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with community management tools and software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A passion for building and fostering communities
Understanding of social media analytics and metrics
