Job Description
Responsibilities
- Know how to explore resources, and get more collaboration with different projects, media and KOLs in the blockchain and Web 3.0 industry
- Develop business and relationship with To-B projects
- Design campaigns and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the devs and other marketing members to collectively make product decisions
- Working closely with marketing and business development team in a collaborative and efficient manner
- Keep track of user data and constantly improve accordingly
Requirements
- Spend lots of time on social medias and understand them well
- Actively operate your own social media, such as twitter, etc
- Worked in Web3 marketing or related fields for more than 2 years
- Has great communication and writing skills
- Come up with creative plans and strategies to getting more users onboard
- Iterates your strategies with data and generate better ROIs
- Communicate a lot with users and bring feedbacks to the product team
- Result in great user adoption growth
- Proficiency in English at a native or near-native level is required, with a preference for those who can also speak a second language, such as Chinese or Korean
