Were hiring a Product Manager - Cryptocurrency and Gaming for PlotX.io, a decentralized finance prediction protocol on Ethereum being built by India's leading blockchain venture studio - Somish Blockchain Labs. Think of PlotX as Robinhood, but for crypto price predictions. PlotX raised $2.4m from leading crypto VC funds in 2020 and the product launched in May 2021 - plotx.io.

The app has retained power users with total predictions worth $800,000 in 3 months of launch. Next big step for us is to scale the TOFU to take a poll position in our TAM of $10bil. Competitors include Polymarket, HXRO, Augur.

Requirements:

As a Product Manager - Cryptocurrency and Gaming of PlotX, you will get the opportunity to own, design and strategize the building of a DeFi (Decentralized Finance) software product along with a team that has delivered successful projects like Nexus Mutual with over $100mil worth of total value locked on-chain.

What we are looking for :

You should have experience of:

Launching B2C FinTech/Gaming/Crypto software products (on the Idea-Build-Launch-Grow concept)

Preference if you have experience in designing Capital Markets Instruments (Derivatives, Options, Futures, Debt Instruments)

Preference, if you understand DeFi and protocols like Uniswap, Aave, Compound Finance, Synthetix

Software Design / Business Analysis, with a background in getting hands dirty in actual software development.

Cross-functional liasoning with engineering, marketing, business dev.

Ideating on product features, roadmap, and documenting them in an actionable format on our product management tool, i.e. Clubhouse, which can then be executed by the Engineering Team

4 - 8 years total work experience with minimum 2 - 3 years of Product Management relevant experience, preferably in Gaming, Crypto or in any Product based organization.

Expected Key Deliverables :

Work directly with the Co-Founders in setting the product vision.

Lead a team of a business analyst and a UX designer to strategize on product design, feature roadmap, implementation plans, user acquisition, retention and growth plans.

Use analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.

Liaise with Technical Lead under Engineering to bring your product ideas into life

Design user acquisition strategies for implementation by Engineering & Marketing Team

Research the fast-paced DeFi space for emerging trends that could benefit the product
