Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will also serve as a co-founder. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming, a deep understanding of blockchain technology, and a track record of successful operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive the integration of web3 technologies into gaming platforms, focusing on blockchain, NFTs, and digital currencies.
• Build a team to deliver on the strategy and support you to be successful.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to keep the company at the forefront of innovation in web3 gaming.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
• Strong understanding and experience with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with various technical and business functions such as software development, finance, people management and more.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies.
• Passion for gaming and a commitment to innovation and quality.
