SuperLayer and M13 are partnering with Paris Hilton and 11:11 Media to build a new content and commerce platform connecting fashion creators, their fans, and the brands they support. The fashion industry as a whole has shifted from an exclusive to an inclusive form: consumers now express their opinions daily on social media with an “OOTD” and “GRWM”. We see an opportunity to create a one-stop shop for fashion discovery and curation, where a sticky web2 UX meets the shared economics of web3.

SuperLayer is a crypto venture studio led by Kevin Chou and Mahesh Vellanki, who between them have launched multiple successful gaming and crypto companies including Kabam, GenG, Forte and Rally.io. SuperLayer builds tokenized consumer businesses, supercharging their development with crypto technology and expertise, funds the early development until public launch and then helps raise venture capital from leading investors in the space.

11:11 Media is a global media platform founded by Paris Hilton with divisions across TV, Audio, Digital, Impact, and Licensing. M13’s Launchpad was designed to launch founder-driven companies faster and with less risk. They do this by identifying key sectors where whitespace exists, finding partners that bring ‘unfair’ advantages, and providing sufficient funding to launch.

We are seeking a Founder to collaborate with SuperLayer, M13, and 11:11 and leverage our resources and expertise to build this platform from the ground up.

In this role you will…

• Serve as Founder and General Manager of a fledgling company building from zero to one and leveraging SuperLayer’s technology platform and the internal resources of both SuperLayer and M13
• Work closely with the SuperLayer, M13 and 11:11 to align on a vision and drive overall product strategy
• Convert this product strategy into a prioritized product and business roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Design and Business Teams to drive execution through MVP launch and beyond
• Solve organizational needs by either recruiting world class talent or partnering with in-house resources

You have…

• Experience as a veteran leader who has built and run successful organizations; ideally as a prior founder or senior executive at an early stage company in the consumer, fashion, creator economy or social app space
• A strong portfolio of shipped products that show a data-driven and analytical approach to strategy and decision making
• Experience working closely with go-to-market teams and ensuring the success of product launches with end users
• Compelling communication and storytelling expertise along with strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• The ability to weave complex technologies and business models into compelling and even magical experiences for end users
• An approach that is curious, creative, and a big-picture thinking, allowing you to both ideate on strategy and execute against that
• Passion about being a Founder - comfortable wearing many hats and working in the details as you build out your team; and ready to create a compelling vision to inspire others to join you on your journey
• Passion for web3 and a vision for how it can shape the fashion industry
