We’re a fully remote company with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, dreamers and crafters from 7 different countries. Founded in 2021 in Copenhagen and backed by world-class investors (early investors of Polygon, Consensus, Sky Mavis). We are on now a mission to change work as we know it.

The Role: Web3 Growth Marketing Lead

We’re now looking to add the next key member to the core team: our first growth hire! We are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Lead who will be joining as employee number 10. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is resourceful in a start-up environment and enjoys wearing many marketing hats, including go-to-community planning, content planning, copywriting, social media (Discord, Telegram, Twitter), and everything in between. You are passionate about the world of web3 and understand the dynamics and playbooks. 

You will: 

  • Own the growth plans and processes
  • Utilize Web3 growth plays 
  • Hire your own team
  • Build and execute go-to-community result driven strategies and communication plans in conjunction with product and operations teams to understand all the components and ideal user experience for each activation
  • Drive social engagement by managing social media channels - Telegram, Twitter, Discord. 
  • Plan and implement a content strategy that is aligned with the brand's overall strategy
  • Ensure that all outgoing communication reflects Teamway's brand tone and voice and provide guidance to team members about best practices
  • Drive PR / Media efforts 


  • Experience with Web3 and NFT is preferred, in addition to the ability to explain basic Web3 and NFT concepts in simple, consumer-facing terms
  • Sound marketing delivery skills, ability to push marketing initiatives from inception, through ideation to execution in a measurable way (i.e. measuring and tracking after the delivery)
