Manual QA Tester

About the Role:

• You will collaborate with the development team to ensure the quality and reliability of our SaaS B2B applications, focusing on manual testing methodologies.
• You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, reporting bugs, and working with the team to resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of a product that meets our high standards for retail software solutions.
• Our tech stack includes Node.js, Golang, Python, GraphQL, Postgres, Terraform, React.JS, Angular, and Typescript.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications to develop effective test plans.
• Execute test cases and analyze results.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance roles.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
