About the Team:

The World ID team is responsible for building and enabling the proof-of-personhood protocol to solve sybil attack problems for third-party applications. This enables one-person-one-account, one-person-one-vote and one-person-one-airdrop across both web2 and web3 applications.

About the Role:

You’ll play a critical role in this core product achieving product-market fit by reaching critical mass adoption in the web3 community. This is critical for World ID to be successful. In this role you will:

• Ideate and iterate a scalable strategy to onboard as many crypto-native users as possible. You’ll own this mission-critical metric.
• Continuously position Worldcoin externally and help facilitate critical partnerships.
• Eventually build and manage a distributed team of individuals who work to grow and represent Worldcoin amongst Crypto-natives.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem and Product to ensure events and team resources are optimized for sign ups, awareness and receiving product feedback.
• Roll up your sleeves, do whatever needs to be done.

About You:

• You love talking to people and are very good at explaining complex concepts in simple language.
• You have experience building client relationships and/or business development.
• You are an organized and logical thinker.
• You are willing to put yourself out there.
• You thrive in a very fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• You love traveling (~75% of the time), maybe even a nomad?
• You are passionate about crypto.
