Web3 Startup at Conference Team (Lisbon, Portugal)

MOTI believes in rebuilding the social web with web3 technologies, where users’ ownership of their identity and data, as well as their self-sovereignty and privacy are respected, moving away from the business models of the current social media landscape where users and their data are sold as products.

In March 2023, MOTI launched its first dApp - MOTI.BIO, powered by the MOTI DID Protool, where users can monetise their identity and social capital through advertising, referral and affiliate marketing, all through aggregating their existing web2 socials data, wallets and KYC details under one single roof.

MOTI.BIO is rapidly adopted by users around south east asia, and gained over 8000+ users in the first two months, providing a demonstrable use case of monetisation for end users through the usage of a DID protocol.

As a member of the Conference Team based in Lisbon, Portugal, you will play a crucial role during the week of the Non-Fungible Conference from May 28 to May 30. This position is designed for dynamic individuals who can effectively engage with conference attendees, promoting and converting interest into applications for our various cooperation or partnership programs. To support your success, MOTI will provide comprehensive training on our offerings, as well as resources and tools needed for effective engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Attend the Non-Fungible Conference in Lisbon, actively engaging with participants and stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate the benefits and opportunities of joining MOTI's cooperation and partnership programs.
• Collect contact information and follow up with potential leads to facilitate applications.
• Represent MOTI professionally and enthusiastically, serving as a knowledgeable ambassador for our brand and projects.

• Must be available in Lisbon during the specified dates of May 28 to May 30.
• Attend pre-event online briefing session(s) in the prior week.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for persuasive conversation.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles, preferably in tech or related events.
• Proactive and outgoing personality, comfortable with face-to-face interactions and networking in a high-energy environment.
• Wear MOTI T-shirt at event premise :)

Our project is at a pre-seed startup: To encourage you sharing our success together, this role is compensated very competitively in MOTI tokens, including a base rate PLUS bonus based on conversions/signup, valued at pre-TGE prices, subject to vesting terms aligned with the entire staff team.
