Web3 Accounting Manager

Summary We are looking for a seasoned Accounting Manager to join our dynamic and fantastic Brave team.  Responsibilities:   All Aspects of Technical Accounting including:

Audit Preparation and Support  Transaction analysis, GAAP Compliance Revenue Recognition Consolidation Netsuite Administration Policy and Lease Administration and Implementation Intercompany transactions

Operational duties include:

Cost Analysis and Efficiency Maintaining Budgets Producing and managing Financial Data Operational Support  Process improvement and automation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, CPA from Big Four is required.  10+ years of hands-on work with accounting principles and practices.  5+ years of experience working in Revenue Recognition under ASC 606 is a must Proficiency in relevant accounting software - NetSuite experience is required and Bill.com and Microsoft Excel are preferred International accounting experience. 5+ years of experience working in multicurrency environments required. Consolidation experience is preferred. Must have experience in SBC accounting Interest in digital tokens is a plus
