B2C2 is hiring a Web3 Accounts Payable
Compensation: $49k - $75k estimated

Scope of the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations by ensuring all invoices are processed and paid accurately and on time, as well as providing financial analysis, forecasting, and planning support to our organization.The role will offer study support after the probation period and presents an excellent opportunity to learn from the experienced Finance Team and progress your career, gaining experience in all aspects of financial functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring proper coding and authorisation
- Manage the company’s expense reimbursement process, including processing employee expense reports
- Prepare quarterly VAT reports and returns
- Assist in month-end closing procedures, including preparing accruals and prepayments
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget and long-termstrategic plans
- Support with monthly bank reconciliation processes
- Assist with monthly management accounts preparation
- Provide support with annual statutory audit
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications andEducation Requirements
- 2 years of previous accounting experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including strong Excel skills is essential
- Excellent teamwork and relationship management skills and a demonstrated ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to develop new skills and understand financial reporting developments as required
- Demonstration of honesty, integrity and good reputation
