Web3 Accounts Payable Officer

As an Accounts Payable Officer at Swyftx, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and consistent business pay processes, while also seeking to drive continuous improvement. Please note that this is a part-time position (20-25 hours) and we can offer flexibility around your hours and days worked. We also offer a hybrid working model, with a combination of working fromhome andour beautiful office in Milton.  

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Verifying, processing and coding local and overseas vendor invoices in Netsuite in a timely and accurate manner 
• Resolving or escalating any discrepancies or issues ahead of payment due date 
• Processing weekly payment runs 
• Updating and maintaining the vendor database in a timely manner 
• Managingthe reconciliations of our company cards (Weel) to the general ledger and ensuring all invoices are loaded in a timely manner 
• Managing staff expense claims through Netsuite 
• Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in current procure to pay processes to increase efficiency 

To be successful you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role in a fast-paced, commercial environment 
• Experience with Netsuite is highly desired, but not essential 
• A passion for delivering a high level of service to all stakeholders, with a customer-focused, can-do attitude 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication >
• High-level problem-solving skills, demonstrating adeptness in identifying issues, thinking creatively and recommending solutions 
• A detailed-orientated approach, showing great care and attention within all aspects of work
