We are on the lookout for a Asset Liability Specialist to join our growing team in Prague.
Main Tasks of the Asset Liability Specialist
Manage and oversee fiat, crypto, and stablecoin handling, including transfers, wallet management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple currencies and payment channels.
Conduct liquidity reviews and balance optimization, ensuring adequate reserves for seamless transaction processing while minimizing risk exposure in volatile markets.

Assist in designing and implementing internal risk management policies, including strategies for hedging, asset rebalancing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Profile:
1-2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar position.
Good organisational and imaginative problem solving skills.
Proficiency in written English; native Czech is an advantage.
Interest in cryptocurrencies is a plus.
Previous professional experience in asset and liability management, treasury operations, or financial risk management is highly beneficial.
