About You

Galaxy Digital is actively looking for an experienced Request for Proposal (RFP) Writer to join Galaxy Digital Asset Management to support new and existing business development efforts. In this role, the RFP Writer is responsible for responding to RFPs, Request for Information (RFIs), and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) that are received into Galaxy Digital Asset Management, and will work closely with the sales, client service, and portfolio management teams. In the RFP Writer Associate Role, the individual will collaborate with many different teams within Galaxy Digital, report, and track responses, and establish and maintain the firm’s RFP library to house statement of capabilities proposals as well as sample RFP/ DDQ modules.

The successful candidate is detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills; able to prioritize requests and work on multiple tasks to ensure RFPs and projects are completed within a given deadline. An ideal candidate is a disciplined problem solver and can adapt quickly; should have prior work experience in financial services with writing RFPs and should have a deep interest in working in and learning about the crypto ecosystem.

On a given day at Galaxy, you will:

• Produce high quality institutional RFPs that are compelling to read, client-focused and accurately reflect our product offerings across our global institutional and retail channels.
• Partner with stakeholders to determine priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate content from various sources and collaborate with subject matter experts such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, Client Service, Investment Team, etc., to develop new content as needed.
• Build an understanding of GDAM’s various global client archetypes and their differing needs and levels of sophistication, to tailor responses to the target audience.
• Understand and write clear, concise responses regarding our investment processes, financial solutions, product line and framework in the crypto space.
• Complete ad-hoc investor product related due diligence questionnaires
• Conducts peer review of RFPs/RFIs completed by team members before submission

You’ve worked hard for:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of relevant institutional RFP writing experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to protocols
• Ability to navigate competing priorities to meet deadlines
• Microsoft Office Suite- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables while adhering to deadlines

You rock at:

• Crypto knowledge is a plus
• Experience with an asset manager is a plus
