Web3 Business IT Engineer

Your mission

As an IT Development Engineer at Bitpanda you will own, end to end, all hardware and software requests and ensure business continuity by helping our Pandas with their technical issues and making life easy.

What you’ll do

• Ensure quick and seamless fixes to IT requests in our IT Support Jira board.
• Prepare hardware and software for new joiners (Laptops, screens, phones, accessories etc.)
• Manage a myriad of user accounts in company systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues both onsite and remotely for our hubs.
• Manage all our tech inventory, securely and safely in our asset management system

Who you are

• You have a fierce passion for IT and helping your colleagues grow Bitpanda.
• You’ve got a background working with hardware management including Apple, Windows and Android products.
• You think in solutions, not problems and are eager to apply this mindset to a dynamic company.
• You have hands-on experience with identity management solutions such as Jumpcloud, Okta, Microsoft Azure AD.
• You have a good administrator understanding of Google Workspace suite.
