Web3 Client Portfolio Manager, US

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to serve as Client Portfolio Manager in the US. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cryptocurrency, financial products, and client portfolio to deliver comprehensive investment solutions to our clients. This role will report to the Head of US, Sales.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and investment objectives.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on portfolio performance, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Leverage your deep understanding of investment products, asset classes, and market instruments to construct tailored investment strategies.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify suitable investment opportunities, optimize portfolio performance, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Provide product-specific insights and recommendations to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding portfolio composition and performance.
• Develop and deliver product-related presentations and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and product developments to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact client portfolios.
• Meet with prospective clients to discuss our services and investment offerings and handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. CFA or similar certifications are a plus.
• Active Series 3 and 63 (or 66) licenses, required
• Experience in crypto assets, required
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, product management, or related roles within the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of investment products, asset classes, market instruments, and portfolio construction techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex product information and data.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey product insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing market conditions, and prioritize competing demands.

This role is based in New York City and will be expected to work from our New York office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.

(NYC only)Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $145,000- $185,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
