This is not your typical job offering. In fact, it is the opposite.

This job ad is our way to let you know that we¹ are available to launch a new venture, possibly together with you?

➜ ¹ Tell me, who is „We"?

A set of two founders with diverse backgrounds. One is a senior-level manager with a background in tech, currently operating a large business unit in the bay area (SFO). Skills apply to finance, legal, and tech.

The second founder's skillset (me) is based around strategy, design, and marketing. Background in company building. I was working with 35 startups in the past 4 1/2 years including Corporate initiatives from companies like Mercedes Benz, Bosch, Coca Cola and, the EnBW.

Together, my Co-founder and I have founded and scaled inlytics, the by now probably biggest LinkedIn-based analytics tool for individuals.

➜ Who are you looking for?

We are seeking suitable individuals² that can solve complex issues and complement our strengths. Whether that be making products, business development, creative work, or data science. You have to consider yourself an expert in at least two of the following areas:

  • Business Development/ Strategy
  • Sales
  • Finance
  • Legal
  • Marketing/ Growth
  • Design
  • Development

If you are confident that you can cover two of these spaces in an early venture we want to partner up with you. Form a founders alliance² to validate, build and scale innovative ventures ideas at lightning speed.

Preferable in the area of cloud technology, DLT/ blockchain/ web3, IoT, no-code/ low-code, sustainability, fin-tech, or B2B focused business cases.

➜ How do „We“ work?

We fall in love with the challenge, not the solution. This is our way to go:

1. Sourcing bold and impactful ideas

We create internal sparks by exploring market opportunities and customer needs.

2. Identify business opportunities

We take our ideas out for a data-driven validation to find out if our discoveries make sense in the real world. That includes conducting customer interviews.

3. Distilling business cases

Based on the results we put together a business case and get ourselves involved to incorporate our new venture.

➜ ² What skillset are we looking for?

We are seeking to get in touch with you if one of the following criteria applies:

  • You have found a profitable and innovative startup before or participated in an exit as a core team member in a leading role
  • You have not found a startup or led a company before but consider yourself an expert in at least two of the following business areas: development, design, sales & marketing, strategy, finance, legal, operations.

➜ How do you finance what you do?

Both of us currently live off our current venture and other earnings. We aim to get funding for our business case soon after the initial validation to keep accelerating at a high pace.

➜ How does your long-term strategy look like?

Build vs buy. Keep vs sell. There are many decisions to be made. Our focus is on identifying and solving burning pain points in today's society. If the time comes to sell, we can commit.
