We seek a highly creative and skilled Content Creator with a strong video editing and graphic design background. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and visually appealing content across various digital platforms. Your expertise in video editing and graphic design will play a crucial role in developing compelling multimedia content that captures the attention of our target audience. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, and other visual elements. 
• Write and edit high-quality content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand's voice and tone.

• Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines. 
• Create and edit videos, ensuring high-quality output, smooth transitions, appropriate effects, and accurate timing. 
• Design and produce eye-catching graphics, including illustrations, infographics, logos, banners, and social media assets. 
• Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, video editing techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance content quality and engagement. 
• Manage and organize digital assets, including video footage, images, and graphic elements. 
• Work closely with the MarCom team to develop content strategies, brainstorm ideas, and contribute creative input. 
• Optimize content for various digital platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility, responsiveness, and compelling storytelling. 
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers, videographers, and animators, to ensure the successful execution of projects. 
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in video editing, graphic design, and content creation to improve skills and knowledge continuously. 
• Ensure availability and commitment to contribute during critical periods of business need.
• This role will require travel up to 50% to our bitcoin mining data centers and various industry conferences. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, public relations, multimedia, graphic design, film production) or equivalent work experience. 
• Proven experience: 3-5+ years as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. 
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). 
• Solid understanding of video editing techniques, including color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects. 
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand identity and marketing objectives. 
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines. 
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements for optimal engagement. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment and with external stakeholders. 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects from start to finish. 
• A passion for visual storytelling, creativity, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. 
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  

$55,000 - $65,000 a year
