A venture studio that funds companies in the web3 space, is seeking for a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging and impactful content across multiple social media platforms.

Your primary focus will be on Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, where you will create threads, convert podcasts/interviews into short-form content, and drive follower growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Twitter Thread Creation: Write compelling and informative threads on Twitter, showcasing a deep understanding of web3 concepts and trends. Engage the audience, drive conversations, and increase followers.

2. YouTube and Instagram Content Creation: Convert podcasts and interviews into visually appealing short-form content suitable for YouTube and Instagram. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and optimize content for maximum engagement.

3. Follower Growth: Implement strategies to grow followers and increase interactions on all social media channels. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms to drive organic growth.

4. Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content across platforms, ensuring timely and consistent delivery. Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries, and engage with the audience in a professional and prompt manner.

5. Analytics and Optimization: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and refine content strategies. Optimize content based on data-driven insights to maximize reach and engagement.

6. Web3 Expertise: Stay informed about the latest web3 developments, technologies, and industry trends. Leverage this knowledge to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.

4. Visual Creativity: A keen eye for visual aesthetics and design principles. Proficiency in creating visually appealing short-form content for YouTube and Instagram.
