Now, we’re looking for a strategic and data-driven CRM Lifecycle Manager to build and lead our CRM function from the ground up. This role will be crucial in developing and executing customer engagement strategies, driving retention, and optimising the full customer journey through personalised communication channels. You will be responsible for setting the vision, building the CRM team, and implementing lifecycle programs that maximise user engagement and lifetime value — all while staying true to Kriptomat’s mission of making crypto investing simple and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead Kriptomat’s CRM strategy to increase customer engagement, improve retention, and grow lifetime value across the user lifecycle.
Plan and execute targeted campaigns via email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Build and lead the CRM team, starting with key foundational hires and evolving toward a multi-functional team covering campaign execution, analytics, content, and automation.
Drive customer segmentation and lifecycle optimization, ensuring that users receive timely and relevant messaging tailored to their behavior, needs, and journey stage.
Leverage customer data in collaboration with analytics to continuously refine campaigns, improve performance, and surface actionable insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to align CRM efforts with broader growth and engagement goals.
Own CRM performance reporting, delivering clear insights and recommendations to improve engagement KPIs, retention, and revenue impact.
Key Team Members You Will Oversee:
CRM Campaign Specialist: Manages day-to-day campaign execution across channels, working on targeting and timing to enhance customer engagement.
Data Analyst / CRM Analytics Specialist: Provides insights into customer behavior, helping refine segmentation and optimize campaign performance.
Content Writer / Copywriter: Crafts engaging and brand-aligned copy for emails, SMS, and in-app messages to foster meaningful connections with our users.
Customer Lifecycle Specialist: Develops strategies focused on onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring a smooth and value-driven experience for users.
Marketing Automation Specialist: Manages automation workflows and ensures technical integration, creating scalable processes for lifecycle campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in CRM management within fintech, telecom, or other consumer-facing industries (e.g., retail, e-commerce, subscription services). Experience with customer lifecycle strategies, retention programs, and engagement campaigns is essential. Familiarity with Customer.io or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Data-Driven & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze CRM KPIs, segment user data, and translate insights into measurable improvements. Experience with analytics, automation tools, and A/B testing is expected.
Leadership & Team Development: Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams. You know how to delegate, coach, and develop CRM talent across campaign, content, and technical roles.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer behavior and lifecycle stages. You’re passionate about crafting personalised, value-driven user experiences across every touchpoint.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally across marketing, product, and data teams in fast-paced environments.
Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business objectives into CRM strategies that drive growth, engagement, and retention.
