Web3 CTA Trader

Responsibilities

• Manage independent accounts, execute orders for the company, report and analyze the execution details
• Research, implement, and monitor the trend following/CTA strategies
• Conduct the post trade analysis
• Familiar with the trading process, control the risk exposure properly to reduce the volatility and probabilities of tail events, improve the risk-adjusted performance
• Monitor the team position book and related markets closely

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantitative analysis and trading, especially familiar with the trend following/CTA strategies
• Strong skills at sizing or timing the trend following/CTA strategies
• Compression ability is strong, can work under high pressure efficiently
• Familiar with Python programming
• Previous crypto trading experience is a big plus
