What is the role?

We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) with a solid background in the travel industry, having worked with leading travel aggregators or direct providers This role requires a leader adept at navigating the complexities of the travel market, driving growth and customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for innovation within the travel experience ecosystem.

Responsibilities?

In this role, you will:

• Lead a multi-cohort team of Venture Architects, Technologists, Engineers, and Product/Design, and will be the Owner/Builder providing thought/domain leadership across Product/Development/GTM and partner strategies.
• Provide tactical and strategic support including hypothesis testing, business model validation, partner engagement, talent recruiting, prototype development, and go-to-market planning
• Mentor team members and encourage a culture of collective ownership
