About Us
Autumn Compass is a small multinational group with offices in Singapore and Australia. We're looking for a reliable and organised individual to support our Singapore team of 5 and contribute to the smooth running of our regional operations.

The Role
You'll be the backbone of our Singapore office, handling day-to-day administration while supporting financial processes across the group. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of office operations and thrives in a small, close-knit team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and file invoices accurately, maintaining organised records

  • Perform account reconciliations using Xero, including transactions across our Singapore and Australian entities

  • Manage general office administration: supplies, correspondence, scheduling, and vendor coordination

  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

  • Liaise with colleagues in our Australian office as needed

  • Ensure the office runs smoothly and the team has what they need

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Experience with invoice processing and basic reconciliation tasks

  • Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Good written and verbal communication in English

  • Comfortable working independently in a small team

  • Experience working with overseas colleagues is a plus
