Web3 Event Coordinator (The Spot)

Role Overview

The Event Coordinator at The Spot Cowork plays a key role in ensuring the successful running of events at our spaces. This position is also actively involved in client acquisition, conducting site tours for potential clients and most importantly, on-site event coordination.

What you’ll do

• Interacting with clients, listening to their needs and advising them on the organization of events.

• Working with the Event Sales Manager and other teams to ensure the smooth running of the event, including logistics, catering, audio-visual equipment and other client needs.

• Coordinating event assistants.

• Oversees setup and troubleshooting to ensure smooth running of events.

• Be the main point of contact during events, addressing client needs.

• Organize and promote community-building events such as networking events, workshops or lectures.

• Monitor current trends in the event and coworking world.

What you need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating events, ideally in a coworking space, hotel or similar environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients, co-workers, and community members.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take ownership.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
