We are one of the largest bitcoin miners in the United States. We are headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, and independently own and operate five data centers in Georgia for a total developed capacity of 230 MW. We are developing an additional 150 MW at our data center in Sandersville, GA. We have a partner in Massena, NY, that hosts 50 MW for us. CleanSpark is seeking a motivated and organized Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events. This role will focus on enhancing our company culture, promoting brand visibility, and ensuring the successful representation of CleanSpark across internal and external functions.


Key Responsibilities



    • **Internal Events**

    • Coordinate events at CleanSpark’s various sites, including corporate headquarters and data centers, for the purpose of showcasing our company to external partners, which may include community leaders, shareholders, analysts, and media.
    • Plan and execute a range of virtual and onsite companywide and site-specific events, aiming to build a strong company culture and to recognize and celebrate the contributions of our employees.
    • Collaborate with internal and external designers to develop and produce high-quality event collateral such as flyers, invitations, banners, and posters, ensuring they align with CleanSpark's branding and event goals.

    • External Events
    • Lead the planning and coordination of CleanSpark’s attendance and/or sponsorships for tradeshows and conferences, guaranteeing that the company’s brand is represented consistently and effectively.
    • Attend all conferences, events, and tradeshows to ensure they are effectively managed; act as a brand ambassador at these events.
    • Assist in the organization of diverse company events, including Media/Investor Days, ribbon cuttings, educational Bitcoin drop-ins, and masterclasses, ensuring that these events are executed smoothly and successfully meet their intended goals.

    • Community Engagement:
    • Partner with internal teams to help manage CleanSpark's community giving initiatives, fostering goodwill and enhancing the company’s visibility within the community.
    • Administer the community giving budget, guaranteeing its efficient and effective use, while overseeing all related activities.
    • Facilitate the purchase requisition process for community projects, ensuring that all initiatives are consistent with our messaging and positively represent the CleanSpark brand.

    • Swag Management:
    • Act as the primary liaison with HR, Operations, and Business Development teams for all marketing-related requests, including promotional materials and event support.
    • Manage the sourcing, ordering, and distribution of onboarding swag, ensuring a warm welcome for new employees and maintaining inventory levels.
    • Oversee the “Swag Magic Swag Store” for both internal and external audiences, ensuring a satisfactory and engaging user experience.
    • Source, procure, and distribute all CleanSpark-branded merchandise, maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.

    • Additional duties as required

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in events coordination or a similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Creativity and an eye for design, with attention to detail.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
    • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting ideas.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including out of state, for event planning and execution.
