The Role:

  1. Schedule meetings and appointments along with Calendar management
  2. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients and internal teams
  3. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  4. Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, for travel and staff appreciation events
  5. Maintain an organised filing system of electronic documents
  6. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality 7.Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
