The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development professional to play a key role in expanding adoption of cutting-edge blockchain Risk & Compliance solutions.

You'll work directly with wallet providers, crypto platforms, DeFi protocols, and Web3 infrastructure companies to introduce transaction monitoring, risk intelligence, and smart contract security solutions into their ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and expand relationships with Web3, crypto, and fintech organizations

* Drive outbound prospecting efforts and develop qualified pipeline

* Execute structured outreach campaigns across multiple channels

* Deliver product demonstrations virtually and in-person

* Conduct market and competitor research to refine go-to-market strategy

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership

* Own pipeline management from lead qualification through opportunity creation

Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in BDR/SDR or business development within SaaS, fintech, blockchain, Web3, or financial services

* Exposure to Risk & Compliance products such as transaction monitoring (KYT), wallet screening (KYW), identity verification (KYA), or smart contract risk tools

* Strong pipeline generation and lead qualification experience

* Comfortable navigating Web3 communication channels such as Discord and Telegram

* Ability to clearly articulate technical product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in high-growth environments
