Apply for this job
We’re looking for someone who can step in, take the wheel, and make noise.

Who We Are

Aurora Labs is building the future of modular blockchain infrastructure. We’re the team behind Aurora—an EVM-compatible blockchain that runs on NEAR Protocol—and Aurora Cloud, a platform that lets anyone launch their own virtual blockchain with no infra hassle.

If you’ve ever wanted to build the next great crypto voice, plug into high-growth narratives, and work directly with founders, builders, and the most degenerate memes - this is your shot.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t just a social gig. You’ll lead the entire content and community playbook - working directly with the Head of Marketing & Ecosystem. You’ll shape our narrative, grow our reach, and make sure people feel Aurora when they scroll.

- Build and run a content machine: threads, blog posts, memes, videos, and more.
- Own our social channels (mostly X/Twitter, but also LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
- Turn product updates, ecosystem news, and blockchain trends into punchy content.
- Coordinate across internal teams to launch campaigns and announcements.
- Maintain a weekly content calendar that stays flexible to real-time moments.
- Edit, proofread, and raise the quality bar across all our content.
- Track performance, tweak formats, and double down on what’s working.
- Experiment with tone, storytelling, and new channels to drive engagement.
- Build a voice that the whole crypto world starts quoting.

What You Bring

- 4–6+ years in social or content roles, ideally in crypto or tech.
- You write like a human, not a bot; and you get crypto culture.
- Native English speaker or close to it.
- Editorial sense + the ability to translate complex topics into clarity.
- Extremely online: you follow crypto drama, understand the narratives, and know when to drop a meme or go full giga-brain.
- Confident juggling multiple content streams and meeting tight deadlines.
- You take ownership. No hand-holding. No excuses.

Bonus XP

- Worked in high-growth startups or fast-paced agency environments.
- Familiar with tools like Notion, Hootsuite, ContentStudio, or similar.
- Understand SEO and how content drives growth.
- Extra language(s)? Even better.
- You’ve launched a shitcoin, hosted a Space, or gone viral for a spicy take - tell us about it.
