Web3 Executive Business Partner

Opportunity for Impact

The role of an Executive Business Partner (EBP) at TaxBit will be to support and enable our leadership team by assisting in their day-to-day administrative and operational needs. EBPs will actively participate in and contribute to projects that help drive strategic initiatives in their areas of focus. They will play a critical role in supporting a growing number of business functions throughout the organization and providing leverage to their leadership pod.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support members of the TaxBit leadership team in calendar management across global time zones
  • Assist with business workflow management, which could include support for delegation, organization, and presentation of business objectives and outcomes
  • Become a strong ambassador for culture and community at TaxBit by modeling TaxBit values and amplifying cultural norms
  • Assist your leadership pod in the tracking of key programs, project portfolio management, data management, milestones, and overall progress of critical functional OKRs and KPIs
  • Contribute to team cohesion by organizing and supporting offsites, organizing production materials and any supplemental materials, and tracking progress of all actions for successful event execution
  • Partner with Corporate Engineering to ensure technical services are at TaxBit’s expectations
  • Continuously improve on functional design and impact of the role as TaxBit continues to scale
  • Operate with humility and rigor; proactively address new and emerging opportunities as they arise

Professional Qualifications

  • 10+ years of total experience in an Executive BP, executive assistant, or similar role
  • Data-forward with strong data visualization skills in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools; proficient in Excel functions including: basic formulas, chart creations, pivot tables, and v-lookups
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with departmental leaders and executives
  • Extraordinary attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and iterate on operational process, driving towards efficiency

  • Comfortable in ambiguity; able to manage multiple priorities, making well-informed decisions to drive outsized impact
