Web3 Finance Associate, Mid-Level (L2)

What you'll be doing: • Financial reporting: Review and prepare financial data from different reporting tools and consolidate monthly and annual management reports. • Finance operations: Be involved in the following tasks - ensuring finance schedules are well-organized, reconciling bank statements, cryptocurrency wallets, expense reporting tools, and management accounts. • Accounting: Take charge of month-end closing and cash flow management. Be involved in tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary. • Customer management: Manage incoming sales invoices and follow up on customer payment status (Accounts receivable). • Vendor management: Manage amounts due to supplier/vendor, and prepare supplier/vendor payment schedule (Accounts payable). • Stakeholder engagement: Assist to liaise with auditors and internal/external parties involved in our financial process flow. • Support finance lead on projects or ad-hoc tasks when required.

What we look for in you? • 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting. • Possess a relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting. • Continuous improvement mindset: Able to identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and standardization. • Accounting knowledge: Understanding of journal entries, monthly closing, reconciliations, and general accounting principles. • Detail-oriented: You are able to frequently spot and prevent errors. • Excel proficiency: You are comfortable and have a high proficiency with v-lookup and pivot table functions. Able to prepare effective presentation slides is a plus. • Integrity: You demonstrate sound judgment and ability to handle highly sensitive and private data.
