Web3 Finance Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of finance activities for a group of entities
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting of company activities
• Prepare internal and external reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Support business team in terms of new entity set up, forecasting, ad-hoc reporting and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• CPA / Chartered Accountant
• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA
• Minimum 7 years ofexperience in finance roles
• Good working knowledge of US GAAP and Singapore FRS
• Ability to formulate alternatives, assess pros and cons, and express viewpoint with clarity to layman

Preferred Skills

• Strong in Excel
• Strong in numeracy, Eye for detail, Organized
• Cryptocurrency tax handling experience preferred
• USA income tax provision, GST filing, and tax compliance experience in a public company or large accounting firm setting, with at least 2 years income tax provision experience
