Responsibilities
- Perform financial due diligence for in-house M&A transactions
- Analyze Target’s business drivers, quality of earnings, quality of assets and key deal issues to identify deal breakers and suggest remediations
- Collaborate with in-house project teams to achieve team success
- Engage and manage external advisors in financial and tax field
- Design and implement funding structure for the transaction
- Proactively take initiative to streamline internal processes
Requirements
- University graduates with a minimum of 5 years of professional due diligence and valuation experience in Big 4 or other advisory firms is preferrable
- Strong analytical, presentation, project management and communication skills
- CPA Qualified
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
