Web3 FinTech-Growth Associate

This is a hybrid role located in Marina del Rey, CA, at a minimum of (3) days per week.

Within Spring Labs, we have successfully incubated businesses like Livesight (alternative data products) and Quadrata (web3 identity & compliance).

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Growth Associate, who is interested in working in a fast-paced, start-up environment and has the initiative and drive to assist in bringing a cutting-edge product to market and scale its customer base.

The Role

Title: Growth Associate

Range: $90-$120k (+ Equity)

Location: Marina del Rey, CA (Hybrid-3+days per week)

As a Growth Associate, you will gain exposure to and work across multiple areas of Spring Labs’ business (i.e. Operations; Marketing; BD / Sales; Product).

Initially, the Growth Associate will primarily focus on driving revenue growth by generating leads and raising awareness for our newly launched TrueZero Tokenization product. The Growth Associate will work directly with leadership and peers to ramp up interest in TrueZero and get our message out to the market and target audience(s).

TrueZero is a next-generation data privacy solution that will transform how sensitive information is stored and shared. We’re incredibly excited about TrueZero, and are looking for someone to help us scale it out.

This is an excellent opportunity for a top analyst/associate at a top-tier investment bank or consulting firm who wants to make the move to startup land, gain exposure to multiple roles, develop into an expert start-up operator/ generalist, and have the opportunity to lead initiatives early in their career. Spring Labs will look to the Growth Associate as a resource that adds value across the business, by learning from a world-class team of operators and exposure to all aspects of a start-up.

This is an internal/external customer interfacing position, therefore the ideal candidate will need to be highly collaborative, with strong data visualization and presentation skills, as well as the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with Spring Labs’ CEO and senior leadership across sales, product, and engineering teams to drive lead generation and product marketing efforts
• Support the end-to-end process of bringing growth initiatives from concept to launch, including consistent optimization and KPI tracking
• Brainstorm, implement, and iterate on lead generation efforts across email, LinkedIn, Google, and other mediums
• Create slide decks, thought leadership (e.g. blog posts), and content for product marketing collateral (e.g. one-pagers, website)
• Analyze target markets, customers, and competitors in order to help define go-to-market strategy(s), develop target account lists, and appropriately message and inform growth strategy decisions
• Collaborate with external contractors that will assist in lead generation and product marketing efforts (e.g. graphic designers, email marketers)
• Keep up-to-date with trends in Fintech and Cybersecurity

About you

• Demonstrated interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, etc.
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, management/strategy consulting, venture capital, or working at a technology startup
• Excellent slide deck and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze and understand numbers, data, and patterns
• Proven ability to learn new tools and workflows that will help drive and generate leads
• Self-starter approach, willing to take on responsibilities and own projects from day 1
• High intellectual curiosity
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional judgment, including an ability to execute independently and work with team members of all levels
• Creative problem solver
• Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Technical aptitude to understand developer-focused products and the ability to articulate the technology and use cases to a variety of audiences
