Web3 Global Events Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Events team (~5 team members) and coordinate the planning, execution and reporting of all Binance events
• Shape the Binance events strategy and align with leadership 
• Be responsible for the budget management, cost control and production value of all Binance events 
• Directly lead large scale event projects, such as Binance Blockchain Week, and oversee all aspects and KPI delivery in collaboration with other teams
• Tell our brand story through events
• Coordinate and oversee the digital presence of all Binance offline events across content, social, paid ads etc 
• Work with finance and strategy to create, rollout and monitor event ROI guidance across all local teams and business units
• Measure, report, and analyze the performance and ROI of events and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance
• Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies along with delivering results

Requirements:

• Fluent English language is a MUST
• 8+ years of experience in events and marketing related roles
• Strong background in team leadership and people management 
• Keen understanding of the crypto market
• Experience working directly with industry-leading partners 
• Strong sense of communications and brand. Clear and concise >
• Experience leading and growing small marketing teams
• Project management skills 
• Execution focused, results driven
• Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress. Self-motivated and results-oriented 
• Remote and startup experience is a plus
