Polygon’s scaling solutions have seen widespread adoption with 3000+ applications hosted, 1B+ total transactions processed, ~100M+ unique user addresses, and $5B+ in assets secured.

The Role

Polygon has the ambition to become a truly global project and play a significant role in the web 3.0 revolution. To achieve this, we need the right people and talent coming together. We are lucky to attract the best talent in the web 3.0 space, both technical and business. However, the team is growing at a tremendous pace growing from mere 25 members six months ago to 150+ right now. We need a leader who can help us build the people team and operations to enable it to become a truly global project.

Duties/Responsibilities: • Establishing policies and best practices for the organization, administering benefits, and managing the HR and Recruitment team. • Responsible for performance management and personnel compliance with full-time/contract employees. • Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the project's mission. • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business and technical operations objectives. • Function as a strategic advisor to the core team regarding key organizational and management issues. • • • Work collaboratively with executive management, line managers, HR team, and other stakeholders to build a culture of excellence and innovation. • Manage employee relations issues, including coordinating and engaging HR staff. • Manage the recruiting, selection process, and onboarding processes. Work with management to ensure the selection of suitable candidates for all positions. • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans and lead the global recruitment team. • Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally. • Other HR related tasks and initiatives.
