What is Polygon?

The Role

The Head of Finance will be a high performing, professional individual with extensive experience in handling finance functions and deliver its finance strategy. Providing continuous improvement in financial plans, systems, procedures and practices are also part of this role.

Key responsibilities: • Responsible for finance management of parent and subsidiaries companies • Responsible for implementing accounting processes, reviewing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance  • Detailed business reporting with in depth analysis on trends • Handling overall accounting function, support month end and year end closing process, timely updating the books of accounts, in compliance with statutory and internal norms • Prepare timely and detailed reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Build a finance team to handle financial activities efficiently • Responsible for legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company • Work closely with CFO and leadership team
