Polygon Technology is seeking a Head of Internal Communications to join our growing team. As a key member of the Human Resources Leadership team, you will be designing and implementing all internal communication strategies, frameworks, and operations related to the Founders Voices and Company All Hands.

Responsibilities Report to the Chief People Officer at Polygon, and partner cross functionally with Head of Branding, Marketing and key Org Leaders across multiple lines of business (Polygon Studios, Tech, and Business)  Serves as an HR/Communications advisor and business partner to design and deploy internal communication strategy 10-15+ years of experience as HR/Communications Leader Create internal communication guidelines and be the voice of the Founders Implement SOP for all Company All Hands and create, implement and execute any All Hands across multiple lines of business Proactively integrates diversity, equity, and inclusion into all areas of communication across Polygon Other duties as assigned
